1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order on a weekday before 10:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you haven't received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service at info@costurcarecenter.com.

2. What are the shipping options and costs?

We partner with DHL for shipping. We offer home delivery and delivery to other addresses. For each order, we charge a shipping fee of €4.95. Orders over €90 qualify for free shipping. The shipping costs to Belgium and Luxembourg are also €4.95.

3. What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?

If the package cannot be delivered, DHL will attempt to deliver it to your neighbors or make a second delivery attempt. The timing of the second delivery depends on the day of the first delivery. If you're not home for the second delivery, you will receive a notification with the location of the nearest DHL Service Point where you can pick up your package. You have 7 days to pick up the package. If it's not picked up within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.

4. Can I choose to pick up my package at a DHL Service Point?

Yes, you can choose to have your package delivered to a DHL Service Point. This allows you to pick up the package at your convenience. There is always a DHL Service Point near you. You have one week to pick up the package, after which it will be returned to us.

5. What is the return policy?

After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return them. The products must be returned within 14 days to the following address:

Please note that for products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, they can only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original condition (with intact seals). If you have damaged the products during use, we may charge you for the damage. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products.

6. Can I return products that have been opened?

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, they can only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original condition (with intact seals). If the safety packaging has been broken, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

 

7. Why do I see spots on the supplement capsules?


On the capsules of some supplements it is possible that (after a while) you will see some spots or discoloration on the pills.

This is because the supplements are composed of only natural products. Because all products are natural, discoloration may occur. This discoloration is completely normal and you can continue to consume the supplements.
